Special: Unlimited range. Receiver must also have the same item, as the frequencies are not compatible with a normal Radio. Each device takes up one (1) accessory slot.
Description: The Two-Way Transceiver (otherwise known as the Two-Way Radio) is capable of keeping a shinobi in contact with others no matter the distance. It is a compact headset device, with a knob to change frequency and a button near the earpiece to communicate. Because of its duplex feature it is host to a variety of channels, both public and private, handy for secret operations.
