When the comforts of civilization begin to dull our senses, we must never forget that in the beginning, there was war. And war. And more war. Long before there were empires, there were humans consumed with greed and the hunger for power. Resources, territories, information—these were the forms of sustenance upon which we preyed. Today, we call such habits vices. Oh, how arrogant we have become! Are we not still impelled by those primordial emotions? Is the advent of war so far-fetched? But alas, for you to truly understand, we must dive deeper into this land’s half-forgotten past.
There was a time when might was the only law that humankind knew. Fearsome clans roamed throughout the land, seeking amenable grounds within which they could take root and opposing forces against whom they could test their mettle. Given the irregularity of nature’s bounty, certain regions appealed more than others, and dominion over such coveted territories became the spark that ignited the earliest inter-clan wars. These fierce, internecine affairs tended to conclude only when one side had decimated their competition into oblivion, and many clans of story were rendered extinct during this period.
The victors of war, having claimed their territories, often made truces with surrounding locals, offering protection in exchange for access to the yields of agriculture. Over time, certain communities emerged as more dominant than others, either due to numbers or sheer talent, and their rapid expansion would force smaller, neighboring communities to either collapse into their fold or be devastated. When the dust settled, humankind found itself divided into the five major territories that we are familiar with today. And was the bloodshed over? With our lands obtained and our bellies filled, were we finally content?

The Inuzuka Clan hails from the Hidden Leaf Village and is renown world-wide for their use of canines as fighting companions. The clansmen are highly fond of man's best friend, the canine, and treat them as if they were bound together by blood. This emphasizes the common allusion that the Inuzuka Clan is regarded as the House of Dogs. Clansmen are given their own canine partner once they come of age; an honor within the clan that signifies that the next generation is worthy enough to uphold the future of the clan name. Thereafter, the clan member and their companion(s) become inseparable. Unbreakable bonds of friendship and love are formed through this companionship to a point at which either party would die to save the other.
Inuzuka Clan members are distinguished by distinctive red colored fang markings on their cheeks as a representation of their connection to canines, as well as animalistic eyes and larger canine teeth. It would seem that the bond established between an Inuzuka and their canine partner(s) has allowed for their chakras to combine, transforming the clansman into a more feral-like state. Both companion and owner move as one on the battlefield, assisting each other perfectly with only the slightest communication between one another. Clan members are known to combine Hidden Techniques with their animal companions, creating a deadly collaboration of offensive Taijutsu. With heightened senses as well, one can never hide from an Inuzuka tracker.
To conclude, the members of the Inuzuka Clan should never be underestimated.
Special Trait: Inu no Yōna (Doglike)
Inuzuka clan members are able to communicate with canines even if the dogs cannot talk. The members of this clan, much like their canine partners, also have greatly enhanced senses especially the sense of smell. At a cost of x1 Mid per use, by concentrating chakra to their noses, the Inuzuka's sense of smell is amplified to allow them to detect, track and monitor targets in a 50 meters radius from their position. Should they possess an article bearing a particular scent, and so long as their upkeep can be maintained, clan members can track that scent across entire countries.
Restrictions
1. Inuzuka are only available as Taijutsu Primaries
2. Inuzuka can only possess Canine-based Summoning Families.
3. It should be noted that Inuzuka possess the ability to hear and smell with efficiency roughly equal to that of a canine (not exactly a canine's level, but very close). This should be remembered.
4. All ninken possess their own chakra pools of exactly one massive. Techniques carried out by them are deducted from their pools, not their owner's. Like all things that possess chakra, should a ninken's chakra reserve reach zero, they will die. A ninken's pool increases by x2 High for every additional Massive its owner earns. This increase applies only to chakra gained after character creation/approval and is only applicable to the Expansive Chakra perk from the EXP shop (purchased or rewarded).
Mastery's
I. THE HUNTER - With increased training comes increased abilities. The heightened senses of the Inuzuka clan member are increased twofold, allowing them to hear things others simply cannot - such as someone standing on the opposite end of the room whispering, or someone's heartbeat - when they focus (by focusing, this means tuning out all other senses and remaining still). Unfocused, this ability still gives them a clarity others do not possess, allowing them to react faster and better than you average shinobi via a combined effort of smell and hearing. This allows for some of the greatest trackers of the shinobi world to easily locate their prey from a further distance.
II. THE BETA - This further development along the learning curve of the Inuzuka Clan allows for clansmen to unlock new potential abilities. With this tier, the user can extend the duration of their Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō (Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf) and Jinjuu Kongou Henge: Santourou (Human Beast Mixture Transformation: Three-Headed Wolf) by two turns. An added benefit to becoming the beta of the pack is that the user's Tsuuga is even more resistant to taijutsu and ninjusu based assaults. Furthermore, the Beta pack member is able to tame up to two [2] ninken.
III. THE ALPHA - At the final stages of the learning curve, the Inuzuka clan member has shown their dominance and worthiness to be given the title of Alpha. Through this recognition, chakra costs for all Inuzuka techniques are lowered by one tier. The alpha of the pack is also renown for their ability to command and dominate over others. With this being said, the Inuzuka clan member will also have access to the special ability: Osakebi (War cry). Furthermore, the Alpha pack member is able to tame up to three [3] ninken.
Jutsu
Shikyaku no Jutsu (Four-Legs Technique) Rank: D Range– Type: Supplementary Handseals: 2: 1 to activate, 1 to deactivate Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, mid to sustain. This technique is the foundation of all Inuzuka Nintaijutsu shown by the Inuzuka. This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. But also transforms the user completely and, giving an overall animal-like appearance. This appearance is always the same: elongation of the canine incisors, finger nails into claws. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement (+1 SPD) and reflexes, eyesight all like that of a wild animal.
Note: While this technique is active, only Inuzuka-based techniques may be used.
Dainamikku Mākingu (Dynamic Marking) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: – An Inuzuka's Ninken or Combined Transformation will jump from a various angle at their opponent an expel urine at a strong chakra infused odor onto their opponent for surprise attacks and tracking opponents.
Note: The marking can blind and disorient for three turns, but also this can be used to track an opponent when using Passing Fang and Fang Wolf Fang. The odor will remain in play for the duration of the thread.
Rezakiba Shuurai (Razor Fang attack) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid Rezakiba Shuurai is a powerful chakra assault created by the specialized wild clansmen of the Inuzuka. The process in which the technique is performed is quite simple. While using the Four-Legged Technique, the user sends waves of chakra to either one of their hands, building chakra before they lash forth. The sharp-edged nature of the technique is capable of tearing through skin and bone easily.
Banjin Soshaku (Savage Bite) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid Banjin Soshaku is one of the more beastly attacks within Inuzuka. Through rigorous jaw-locking exercises, the user is capable of biting and tearing a tangible object, such as skin, with ease. While using the Four-Legged Technique, the user can manipulate their body by utilizing chakra, allowing the jaw to become fixed and resolute. Any being caught within the jaws of a user utilizing this technique will experience intense pain as the fangs of the user digs into their body, drawing blood as a result.
Juujin Bunshin (Beast-Man Clone) Rank: C Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Low to sustain The user calls their companion to hop upon the users back. The Inuzuka clan member will form a singular sign to send chakra directly into their Ninken. This creates a concealing smoke once awake the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation.
Tsuuga (Passing Fang) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Low to sustain The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The damage it can inflict on a human target can be extremely damaging. However, this technique can also deal a large amount of damage to defenses and barriers (b-rank and below). Constant pressure from this drill-like assault can, over time, pierce even thickest defenses.
Note: While in this rotation, the user is immune to all forms of Genjutsu. Furthermore, the user can only turn in wide arcs. It should be noted that this technique can be used underwater, and in other such mediums.
Gatsuuga (Fang Passing Fang) Rank: B Type: Offensive Range: Close (0m ~ 5), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Low to sustain The more advanced version of the Tsuuga, and more powerful, this involves the user's Ninken as well. The user and their Ninken partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. Due to their being two of them, the user can create a vortex-like chamber of destruction. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone.
Note: While in this rotation, the user is immune to all forms of Genjutsu. Furthermore, the user can only turn in wide arcs. It should be noted that this technique can be used underwater, and in other such mediums.
Gatenga (Fang Rotating Fang) Rank: B Type: Offensive Range: Close (0m ~ 5), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Low to sustain The user and their ninken partner roll at a ferocious speed in a buzz-saw like shape, and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. This ability can deal a severe amount of damage to a target if direct contact is made, easily capable of killing an adult if both were to make contact simultaneously.
Note: While in this rotation, the user is immune to all forms of Genjutsu. Furthermore, the user can only turn in wide arcs. It should be noted that this technique can be used underwater, and in other such mediums.
Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō (Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf) Rank: S Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Massive to cast, High to sustain A Combination Transformation where man and beast become a single entity. It is a specialty of the Inuzuka clan, a clan that has been walking side by side with Ninken for generations. They coalesce into a bicephalous wolf, thus drastically increasing their power. In their direct attacks, they demonstrate great efficiency. Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary power of destruction.
Note: The power of the technique can only be used for two turns. Within this time any Inuzuka technique can be used on a much more massive scale. This beast is roughly ten meters tall, thirteen meters long, and five meters wide.
Garōga (Fang Wolf Fang) Rank: S Range: Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: No Chakra Consumption: 2x High Man and beast transform into a single two-headed, gigantic animal thanks to the Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf technique, and have their body spin in a violent assault against the enemy. The ultra-violent rotation creates a vacuum vortex in its surroundings that tears the enemy apart even without touching them directly. The excessively high speed of the rotation strips the user of their field of vision, but marking the enemy beforehand makes it possible to tail them with the sense of smell.
Note: This ability can only be used while Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō (Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf ) is active.
Jinjuu Kongou Henge: Santourou (Human Beast Mixture Transformation: Three-Headed Wolf) Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: Massive Taking the renowned Human Beast Combination Transformation technique a step further, this technique involves the usage of a shadow clone to ascend the process. After conjuring a shadow clone, the user will then perform a sort series of three seals to merge with both their ninken and aforementioned clone. Together, the three produce a monstrous chimera-like wolf bearing three heads and three tails. This wolf is slightly larger than its two-headed counterpart, standing in at twenty meters tall, sixteen meters long (tail length at around six meters), and seven meters wide.
Note: This form can be sustained for five turns. This technique can only be used after a shadow clone has been conjured to assist. Furthermore, only a shadow clone or another ninken . The user must know Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō (Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf) before learning this technique.
Ooiga Gatenga (Tail-Chasing Fang on Fang Rotation) Rank: S Range: Close – Far (0m ~ +10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: --- Chakra Consumption: x1 Massive A modified version of the Inuzuka clan's Gatenga technique, the Ooiga variant is much larger than it's predecessor and has the ability to alter it's position at the user's whim. Ooiga Gatenga can change from vertical to horizontal, or assume any other angle the situation requires while moving.
Note: The user must be in the Three Headed Wolf form to use this technique. This technique's cutting power is immense and can rip through any defense weaker than Stage One Susano'o with relative ease. Also, due the centrifugal force created by it's rapid rotation, Ooiga Gatenga's cutting potential extends out to 10 meters away from it's body.
Osakebi (War Cry) Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Long (10m+) Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: Massive Arguably the most powerful supplementary technique in the Inuzuka's arsenal, Osakebi allows the user to increase both their personal and ninken's abilities by a substantial amount. Effectively tripling the damage of their techniques, and those of any other nearby clan members, Osakebi allows a unit of Inuzuka to hastily overwhelm their enemy with a relentless barrage of bone-shattering, flesh shredding assaults before they even realize what's happened. It is said this technique is the reasons Inuzuka are revered as some of the strongest cells in the world, namely due to the fact that they are all effected even if only one member puts this technique into play.
Note: This technique effectively doubles the offensive, defensive, and supplementary capabilities of all Inuzuka and their Ninken within a sixty meter range (this is only applied to Inuzuka based jutsu). This technique can only be used once per thread, and lasts for a duration of five turns. It should be noted that while War Cry is active, the chakra reduction of the Inuzuka's Tier 3 mastery is not in effect. This applies to any and all Inuzuka benefiting from War Cry, regardless of if they were the user to cast it or not.
