When the comforts of civilization begin to dull our senses, we must never forget that in the beginning, there was war. And war. And more war. Long before there were empires, there were humans consumed with greed and the hunger for power. Resources, territories, information—these were the forms of sustenance upon which we preyed. Today, we call such habits vices. Oh, how arrogant we have become! Are we not still impelled by those primordial emotions? Is the advent of war so far-fetched? But alas, for you to truly understand, we must dive deeper into this land’s half-forgotten past.
There was a time when might was the only law that humankind knew. Fearsome clans roamed throughout the land, seeking amenable grounds within which they could take root and opposing forces against whom they could test their mettle. Given the irregularity of nature’s bounty, certain regions appealed more than others, and dominion over such coveted territories became the spark that ignited the earliest inter-clan wars. These fierce, internecine affairs tended to conclude only when one side had decimated their competition into oblivion, and many clans of story were rendered extinct during this period.
The victors of war, having claimed their territories, often made truces with surrounding locals, offering protection in exchange for access to the yields of agriculture. Over time, certain communities emerged as more dominant than others, either due to numbers or sheer talent, and their rapid expansion would force smaller, neighboring communities to either collapse into their fold or be devastated. When the dust settled, humankind found itself divided into the five major territories that we are familiar with today. And was the bloodshed over? With our lands obtained and our bellies filled, were we finally content?

Yes we said it's double rewards, now you all can really get into the thick of those builds if you work hard enough. And who knows what you might uncover in the process. AND all jobs are free to enroll no quest EXCEPT ANBU(Black Ops) roles.
Jouki Boui (Steaming Danger Tyranny)[break] Rank: SS[break] Range: Far (10m+)[break] Type: Offensive[break] Handseals: 12[break] Chakra Consumption: x3 Massive[break] Also known as the “infinite explosion Ninjutsu,” this technique is executed whereby the user creates a clone made from the oil and water of their body. With very little body water left, the user will become extremely exhausted and immobile, but not without reward.[break][break]
The water in the clone is surrounded by a thin layer of oil that resembles a chibi version of the user once completed. Due to its structure, the clone’s temperature can easily be altered to cold or hot. When it exerts itself, the outer layer of oil heats up and evaporates the water inside. As the internal pressure builds, the clone expands until it explodes and the water vapor is released. The explosion lives up to it's name, as the resulting vapor cloud resembles a impish face smiling to those outside of the massive blast range. Following the explosion, the vapor rises into the atmosphere where it cools, turns into hail, and causes the clone to shrink to its original size and start the entire process again.[break][break]
Despite any of it's size increases, the clone itself remains very fast throughout the technique, which not only allows it to heat up very quickly, but also inflicts damage using some sort of weapon created entirely of liquid. These weapons mirror the destructive capabilities of their physical counterparts. [break][break] Note: This technique requires the Suiton Tier 3 mastery. However, players of the Hozuki clan may quest for this technique without the Tier 3 mastery. Additionally, if the user is a Hozuki, they can also manipulate their clone to mirror their hydrification technique, allowing them to "liquefy" their clone once per turn a total of three times each explosion rotation. The clone can be maintained for three transformations before they will automatically detonate. The clone will transform everytime a distance of 25 meters is traveled by the clone, starting out as a four foot version of it's caster. It's second transformation causes it to grow quickly to 3 meters, and follwing the third and final transformation it will be approximately 6 meters. After the third transformation, if the clone travels another 25 meters, it will explode, scorching a 100 meter radius with it's water vapor almost instantly. The vapors are capable of melting anything but S-Rank defenses, similar to Futton. The clone then will take one turn to cool down before starting the process all over again. [break][break] Due to the lack of water within the user's body, they are extremely dehabilitated, reducing their strength, speed, agility and stamina by 1 for the remainder of the thread. These lost stat points can then be given to the Jouki Boi. By default, Jouki Boi has x3 strength, speed and agility so any bonus stat points the user adds will stack on top of this. It should be noted the user can only gift a stat point if that said stat is above 1.[break][break]
Jouki Boi has the ability to glide a few feet off the floor rather then run and is very agile in this state, allowing it to make sharp, abrupt turns and rolls to evade oncoming attacks. It also has the ability to form any primary weapon of the user's choice on it's arms and/or hands. It should be noted that the the user can only create two weapons at a time, and they cannot be projectile based.[break][break]
High ranked (A and above) fire and lightning techniques can force the oil content in the clone to burn up too quickly, disabling its ability to reform, however, anything lower will actually have positive effects. If hit by fire technique B and below, the clone will instantly heat up, exploding as if it had went through all of it's transformations and then reforming normally. If hit by a lightning technique, the clone will become super charged, getting a x1 increase to it's speed statistic. The clone resists S-Rank and below assaults from the other basic elements. The greatest weakness of the clone however is Hyouton. If hit by even the weakest of Hyouton abilities, the clone's cycle will reset, while B-Rank and above freezes the clone, disabling it.[break][break]
The will of the clone and the user are conjoined. This means they also share a plane of sight. Any information Jouki Boi learns is instantly relayed back to the user as if they were obtaining it themselves. Jouki Boi has no limit to how far it can be away from the user; it's only "limit" being that it explodes every 100 meters it moves. Preforming this jutsu does not bar the user from using any other form of chakra based abilities. Finally it goes without saying that the clone itself is unable to preform any jutsu.[break][break]
