When the comforts of civilization begin to dull our senses, we must never forget that in the beginning, there was war. And war. And more war. Long before there were empires, there were humans consumed with greed and the hunger for power. Resources, territories, information—these were the forms of sustenance upon which we preyed. Today, we call such habits vices. Oh, how arrogant we have become! Are we not still impelled by those primordial emotions? Is the advent of war so far-fetched? But alas, for you to truly understand, we must dive deeper into this land’s half-forgotten past.
There was a time when might was the only law that humankind knew. Fearsome clans roamed throughout the land, seeking amenable grounds within which they could take root and opposing forces against whom they could test their mettle. Given the irregularity of nature’s bounty, certain regions appealed more than others, and dominion over such coveted territories became the spark that ignited the earliest inter-clan wars. These fierce, internecine affairs tended to conclude only when one side had decimated their competition into oblivion, and many clans of story were rendered extinct during this period.
The victors of war, having claimed their territories, often made truces with surrounding locals, offering protection in exchange for access to the yields of agriculture. Over time, certain communities emerged as more dominant than others, either due to numbers or sheer talent, and their rapid expansion would force smaller, neighboring communities to either collapse into their fold or be devastated. When the dust settled, humankind found itself divided into the five major territories that we are familiar with today. And was the bloodshed over? With our lands obtained and our bellies filled, were we finally content?

We made it y’all, another month of OTA, and fresh off the press we have another promotion ready. Leaving behind the opening bonus sadly, we welcome the jugggggg! June is for juggin AKA working hard, so we are making it a double rewards month for every mission completed! Yes we said it's double rewards, now you all can really get into the thick of those builds if you work hard enough. And who knows what you might uncover in the process. AND all jobs are free to enroll no quest EXCEPT ANBU(Black Ops) roles.
Jinton, or Dust Release, is the first and only known Kekkei Touta in existence. Created through the combination of three separate elements (Earth, Wind, and Fire), this uncanny elements seems to possess all of its founding fathers' strengths and none of their weaknesses. Though somewhat limited in terms of techniques (due to the rarity of this ability), Jinton, without a doubt, possesses the most powerful ability in the world: that which allows the user to dismantle any structure caught in their trap on a molecular level. With the ability to wield such terrifying power, it's no surprise that there are very few who have ever crossed blades with a practitioner of the Jinton style and lived to speak of it.[break][break]
3. Jinton will only be obtainable on characters with the rank of Chuunin or higher. Beyond that, Chuunins will only be able to learn up the Cube version of Jinton (they will not be able to use flight, either). Jounins will be able to learn the full tree.[break][break]

Jinton no Jutsu (Dust Release Technique)[break] Rank: SS[break] Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+)[break] Type: Supplementary[break] Handseals: -[break] Chakra Consumption: -[break] Dust Release is a kekkei touta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai. The jutsu are created by combining the earth, wind, and fire natures. This element allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to pulverize anything into molecule-sized dust. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. At this point, anything within the boundaries of the form is pulverized on the molecular level.[break][break]
Note: the Earth, Wind, and Fire releases are required. With that said, Jinton is only available to ninja of Chuunin rank or higher.[break][break]
Jinton: Hishou (Dust Release: Flight)[break] Rank: A[break] Range: -[break] Type: Supplementary[break] Handseals: -[break] Chakra Consumption: x1 Mid to use, and x1 Low to sustain[break] One of the most notable differences between your typical shinobi and a practitioner of the Jinton style is the fact that those possessing this incredibly rare Kekkei Touta can fly. This extraordinary ability allows the user to move considerably faster than they would on foot, all the while retaining a high level of mobility.[break][break]
Note: While in flight, the user moves at x2 the speed of your average shinobi. Likewise, users can perform other jutsu while this technique is active.[break][break]
Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu: Cube (Base World Separation Technique: Cube)[break] Rank: SS[break] Range: Close (0m ~ 5m),[break] Type: Offensive[break] Handseals: 5[break] Chakra Consumption: 2x High[break]
Clasping their hands together the user will generate a barrier of chakra shaped like a 3d square, while simultaneously concentrating a large amount of explosive dust chakra into a ball around it. That cube can be trusted upon a target ensnaring them, this barrier can only be broken by equal piercing force. The cube has a max size of 10x10x10[break][break]
Note: The expansion and explosion of this technique is not instant; however, once inside the cube, the target is trapped. In the execution of the technique the last seal is held, if the user breaks the last seal then the technique will end. Much like many similar trap-like techniques, the walls of the jutsu are extremely difficult to break. However, a handful of very high power, high impact techniques might be able to break through and permit escape. Though it should be noted, time available to react is very limited. The cage is large enough to trap up to one very large shinobi, or two normal sized shinobi. Barrier has level 8 defense[break][break]

Clasping their hands together the user will generate a barrier of chakra shaped like a 3d square, while simultaneously concentrating a large amount of explosive dust chakra into a ball around it. That cube can be trusted upon a target ensnaring them, this barrier can only be broken by equal piercing force. The sphere has a max size of 20x20x20 an will exploded with a 20 meter blast radius around the cone.[break][break]
Note: The conical version of this technique has been noted to provide a larger blast radius than the cube, creating a large devastating beam that reduces the targeted area to dust. The shape of the technique as stated originates as a small cone shape between the user's hands with a sphere inset within. Once fired, this cone expands in size and length, yet retains a conical shape, with the widest area being the base and the narrowest being its point.[break][break]
The expansion of this technique is not instant; however, once the beam itself is fired, it expands rapidly and has a damaging radius of 20 meters, with the most damage occurring within the actual confines of the cone itself, with the outlying area gradually reducing in severity. The power of this version has been stated to be capable of destroying an entire island, however for balancing purposes, the effect has been dramatically reduced. In the execution of the technique the last seal is held, if the user breaks the last seal then the technique will end. Barrier has level 9 defense.[break][break]
