Its origins traced back before the arrival of the pair of villains who now occupied it. However, they wasted no time in fortifying its structural integrity and assembling an army of grunts and generals, meticulously preparing for an imminent assault on the fully fortified Hidden Cloud Village.[break][break] Known as Ishi no Toride, this fortress deviated from the traditional defense wall concept. Instead, it existed in the open, hidden by a powerful and enigmatic barrier. The barrier, elusive and difficult to locate, posed a challenge for those seeking to breach its boundaries. Yet, if fate smiled upon you and you managed to stumble upon its concealed presence, the barrier would yield, revealing the imposing stone fortress that lay beyond. And within its formidable walls, a multitude of vile and villainous figures awaited, ready to unleash chaos upon any intruder.[break][break] The eerie atmosphere surrounding Ishi no Toride was palpable. Shadows danced upon the ancient stone walls as malevolent whispers echoed through the corridors. Sinister laughter reverberated, blending with the howling wind that swept through the mountain peaks. The villains who resided here were a formidable force, united in their nefarious intentions and fueled by a lust for power.[break][break] Every inch of the fortress teemed with activity. The villains had gathered an army of ruthless foot soldiers, each trained to obey without question and strike with deadly precision. Alongside them stood seasoned generals, strategists who devised intricate battle plans and schemes to dismantle the Hidden Cloud Village. Together, they formed an imposing force, ready to lay siege to their intended target.[break][break] Inside the fortress, treacherous chambers housed clandestine meetings where wicked plots were hatched. Sinister experiments took place in secret laboratories, pushing the boundaries of morality and sanity. Torturous cries occasionally pierced the air, a grim reminder of the unspeakable horrors that unfolded within Ishi no Toride's walls.[break][break] As the sun sank below the horizon, casting an ominous glow upon the fortress, its malevolence seemed to intensify. The villains reveled in the darkness, their ambitions and twisted desires fueling their every action. Their presence loomed like a dark cloud over the land, casting a foreboding shadow upon the unsuspecting world outside.[break][break] Little did they know that beyond their fortress, a storm was gathering. The Hidden Cloud Village stood as a beacon of hope, its shinobi warriors training tirelessly to defend their home and protect the innocent. [attr="class","bgtk-lyric2"]Prelude [attr="class","bgtk-post"] Crashing into the mountainside the enlarged fireball would hit with tremendous force setting the entire landscape ablaze. Although as the smoke settled, there was a portion of the cliffside that hadn’t been hit. Sand, Concrete, Mud, Crystal, flaked/broke/disintegrated away as the shinobi worked together to stop the impending fire from burning them alive. It was an amazing display of teamwork despite these shinobi didn’t know each other from a can of paint. [break][break] On the other side, the Mist shinobi went in headfirst, fist swinging, and thunder crackling making light work of some goons that were protecting the front side of the castle while also giving the others back on the shore cover to make a run for it. Despite they didn’t need it, because even though they were shorthand at the sudden disappearance of one of their teammates. They still had one of Kumogakure’s TOP shinobi, along with one of their most potential-filled genin on the scene. As the water dragons approached their position, they tactfully took them out with Hyouka essentially freezing half of the lake over in the process it was a truly amazing display of power in the face of an unknown threat.[break][break] The sounds of war rumbled outside of the fortress of Ishi no Toride as shinobi from different villages banded together in order to face Myaku and Ushinawareta although they were too late. -[break][break] “And that’s it, I think we’ve got it.”[break][break] The sounds of lightning crackling, and grunts falling to raiding shinobi rung through the building as the Myaku and Ushinawareta worked diligently on their project at hand, and they were finally finished. From the young boy’s body, a villainous chakra would quickly erupt shooting through the roof in the form of a beam of light freeing itself from the young kumogakure shinobi’s body, the chakra would rip off the ceiling throwing debris in every direction. In what seemed like a blink of an eye, the nine tails fox had been freed from it’s vessel towering over the entire battlefield. The creature was so large in comparison the fortress looked like a child next to a seven-foot man, it was a tremendous beast. [break][break] As it gained its full form it would land front paws in the lake, and back paws on the mountains behind Ishi no Toride causing a small earthquake to rumble throughout the battlefield. The monster would let off a colossal roar, ear-shattering, to say the least causing the entire general area to quiver at his might. [break][break] “I think our job here is done, we need to get out of here. These shinobi will die and it’ll be on the Raikage’s foolish hands.” Myaku would say as she looked at the belly of the beast from the confines of the castle.[break]break] the generals and grunts alike were frozen at the site of the majestic beast, everyone on the battlefield would for the first time encounter a tailed beast in its natural form.[break][break] “What about the things we’ve left behind, they might find clues about who we are, there’s too much machinery, and paperwork around here.” Ushinawareta would respond. [break][break] “Well I don’t care much about that honestly, plus, you think this place will survive in all this chaos hell no. And you know we’ve got to get out of here, we don’t have the means to seal this thing away in these conditions. We’ve done the best we can.” Myaku would say as she begins to flee for the nearest exit blending in with the grunts exiting as well, Ushinawareta wouldn’t waste much time before following behind them and Myaku. [break][break] Without hesitation, the beast would stomp before letting off another loud scream but this time baring fire, as it howled into the peaking moon that was trying to take its rightful space in the sky. The duo that organized the whole operation would quickly evacuate the premises; they would use the cover of the grunts to rush out of the building as distraction coupled with the nine tails to make a silent escape.[break][break] “I thought I had longer, Momochi, can you get me to the battlefield? Like ASAP.”[break][break] Unknown to the Shinobi the two kage had been congregating the entire time this war was going, it was something that needed to happen. But they both knew that this wasn’t going to be a pushover type of situation, but they also didn’t believe they would be so close to freeing the Nine-tails from captivity with the seal that was placed on Hitora.[break][break] “Yeah, you know I’m only a clone so, you gotta do the heavy lift. I’ll support where I can.” [break][break] As the man spoke, he would grab her, and poof, without a cloud of smoke the two were no longer in the Hokage’s office. They were directly behind the group with the leaf shinobi more specifically behind Kiyomi, as they appeared the nine tails’ attention quickly snapped in their direction. [break][break] “Hey bub.” Fuma would say with a smile on her face as her body quickly became coated in a bright blue chakra as she activated her Tenseigan, with her greeting the beast was quickly enraged and would let out a devilish roar. As the claw came down from the sky up above, Fuma would react accordingly. [break][break] “PUSH!”[break][break] She would scream as she let off a fury of chakra bright green in color meeting the nine tails paw in the middle of its descent and effectively pushing it back causing the beast to stumble in the opposite direction stepping on the side of ishi no toride killing a section of grunts and destroying a portion of the castle. [break][break] In the same moment, the first fire shadow would jump into action with the aim of saving every shinobi on this battlefield. [break][break] Starting with his own, he would grab Kiyomi, Kaori, and Minamino first before tossing a plethora of kunai off the cliffside in the direction of the other shinobi before teleporting away he would drop in them in the hidden leaf before coming back.[break][break] Reappearing the man would see the two-sand shinobi within his reach, “Holy shit.” He thought as he’d seen his little brother for the first time since he was a child, he wouldn’t allow the thought to pounder too long while his friend faced off against the Kyuubi. He would move forward quickly closing the distance between himself and shinji & his partner, as silent as ninja he would place his hands on their back before phasing away to the Bedouin refuge. And then phasing back to the battlefield. [break][break] As he arrived he would see the fierce battle between the Hokage, and the nine tails had commenced, without sparing any power she’d effectively pushed him away from the battlefields leaving the rest of the Shinobi a little safer. [break]break] “You must’ve forgotten what I said!” [break][break] Fuma wouldn’t waste any more time as she would start a torrent of her truth-seeking orbs blasting the monster in the face repetitively until it started to lose its balance. She would continue to battle relentlessly to give Momochi enough cover to grab the rest of the shinobi he could see. [break][break] With god-like speed, the Hokage continued his efforts, he would teleport down onto the lake where the mist had settled in. And despite his lack of vision, he was a well-trained shinobi, without the aid of his Sharingan he would use Kagura Shingan after the formation of one seal allowing him a clear depiction of where the mist shinobi was, first he would move in the direction of the one with the most chakra appear behind him he would place his hand on his shoulder before teleporting him away and then returning back for the other. Considering there wasn’t a lot of space between the duo, Momochi would quickly make his way to Chae before teleporting him away to the same location as Ichijin which was Okina Megumi no Mizunomi-Ba before teleporting back to the battlefield. [break]break] The battle between Fuma and the tailed beast continued as she worked her hardest to keep the beast away from the battlefield. [break][break] There was one more Noticeable group on the scene, the Kumogakure group. Teleporting back outside of the mist, he would locate them before tossing a few kunai in their general direction with great force. His attention would be pulled away from them as the beast let off another monstrous but this time, he was charging up a tailed beast bomb. [break][break] “Damn, these things really are annoying.”[break]break] Momochi sighed as he watched Fuma work as the beast charged up its tailed beast bomb. She would form a few seals before a fan would appear in her left hand. One of the fabled weapons of the Uchiha Clan, the war fan a gift from a friend. Without fear in its heart, the nine tails would fire off the vicious bomb from close range, but Fuma was ready. Swinging with all her might, as well as the added forces of her Tenseigan abilities, she would slam the fan into the dense ball of chakra. For a moment there would be a power struggle, but it wouldn’t last long as she would eventually push the ball of chakra back in the direction of the beast with twice the force it had causing the nine tails to be struck and pushed back once more before a massive explosion would trigger on the beast. [break][break] As the explosion happened, Momochi would appear next to the cloud shinobi, first grabbing the one on the lake and poofing her away to Hoko kagayaku yama no chojo, before returning back to the battlefield for the last shinobi. Hyoka, he would make his way to her touching her on the shoulder before poofing away to the same place he’d left Jin and returning to the battlefield. [break][break] By the time he’d returned, the battle had completely shifted from where it once was, the Hokage had a personal view of Fuma alone and she seemed to be fine but this needed to be over sooner than later.[break][break] With the explosion of chakra, the Hokage would bring forth a fully stabilized version Susanoo, something not seen in ages. Towering over the landscape in comparison, he knew what needed to be done to get to the end of this situation. With great haste, he would cross the distance between himself and Fuma not a lengthy task when you consider the size of his chakra creation. [break][break] “I’ll pin him you seal him!” [break][break] Momochi would say the beast seemed to finally stand back to his feet, with ease the Hokage would grab the beast by its midsection before picking up in the air and slamming it down onto the ground. [break][break] “You could’ve done this sooner jerk.”[break][break] She would say as she flipped through a few seals causing the same jar that the beast was delivered in to appear by her side after she landed beside the beast. She would then begin to go through a range of seals, before she finally finished allowing her chakra to manifest the Yin & Yang seal and place it on the jar. As she did so the lid would snap open and begin to pull viciously at the nine tails spiritual form disregarding his physical presence. And just like smoke being sucked into a vacuum the nine tails was sealed away once again. Fuma would move through a couple of seals sending the jar back to the vault where it once resided. [break][break] As the situation settled the duo would both deactivate their techniques, Momochi would fall slowly out of the air as his chakra manifestation depleted itself. And Fuma’s chakra mode would be deactivated allowing her to lose her bright blue hue, regaining her normal tone. [break][break] “Looks like we might be a little too late to get after them, I think I seen them running off to the south. We’ll have to get to the bottom of this, it doesn’t look like our shinobi are safe after these sealings after all.” Fuma would say as she turned back to the battlefield, the cliff still burned, and the mist still sat on top of the lake in front of the fortress. [break][break] “Yeah, this is definitely odd, there’s no way this could have just been an isolated incident it seemed too intentional. But Fuma, we almost killed off half our best shinobi with this bullshit, this was not a good look honestly.” Momochi would say to his companion as he turned back to the battlefield as well. [break][break] “Ehh, all this peace might’ve softened the world up a bit. I guess that old man might’ve been warning us of something bigger than just each other.” Fuma would say. [break][break] “Yeah for sure, but the question is what do we do from this point? And how will you explain how you let your Jinchuriki be abducted in such a manner.” As the man spoke he would take a few steps ahead of her then turn back in her direction. [break][break] “Ehh, I say when you start letting people know what actually happened.. You tell them your solution because I’m sure they won’t have any understanding, or acceptance for something like this happening in the future.” Momochi would say.[break][break] “Damn Momochi, you haven’t seen me in years, and the first thing you do is complain. You can say good Job Fuma you saved the day ya know?” The Raikage would say as she would offer the man a slight smile. [break][break] “But you’re exactly right, if you don’t mind helping me, I want to start doing some recon missions so we can find out more about these people.. I’m sure this fortress isn’t their main base of operations. And I have I have to let this kids parents know he’ll never be the same after this, and figure out what to do with the tailed beast this time. Ahh so stressful, I’d rather fight a 100 tailed beast than deal with all these politics.” Fuma would say nonchalantly. [break][break] “It’ll be alright Fuma, I’m sure you’ll handle this properly.”[break][break] SPOILER: Click to show Alright everyone, sorry for the delay ! But here’s the details everybody has been waiting for… In a brief summary of how things ended, the Raikage, and Hokage came to intervene. The Hokage, Teleported everyone back to different POI’s in their home country. Each group of people got to see different parts of the fight, and everybody seen the nine tails fox. The first group to leave was Konoha, the second group to leave was Suna, the third group to leave was the mist, the forth group to leave was kumogakure. APPLE IS STILL THERE SHE SEES EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED FROM THE SHADOWS ALTHOUGH SHE DIDN’T HEAR ANY DETAILS OF WHAT FUMA AND MOMOCHI DISCUSSED IN THE END.[break][break] Nine Tails Is back in kumo. [break][break] Lastly, after this mission was over, when they returned home and was greeted with thank you letters from the Raikage with their mission pay.[break][break] Thank you all for participating in our first event. It shed some light on areas of the site that can be improved in order to make our site a better place. Thank you all for all the feedback, and we will be getting to some updates for you all soon!
