When the comforts of civilization begin to dull our senses, we must never forget that in the beginning, there was war. And war. And more war. Long before there were empires, there were humans consumed with greed and the hunger for power. Resources, territories, information—these were the forms of sustenance upon which we preyed. Today, we call such habits vices. Oh, how arrogant we have become! Are we not still impelled by those primordial emotions? Is the advent of war so far-fetched? But alas, for you to truly understand, we must dive deeper into this land’s half-forgotten past.
There was a time when might was the only law that humankind knew. Fearsome clans roamed throughout the land, seeking amenable grounds within which they could take root and opposing forces against whom they could test their mettle. Given the irregularity of nature’s bounty, certain regions appealed more than others, and dominion over such coveted territories became the spark that ignited the earliest inter-clan wars. These fierce, internecine affairs tended to conclude only when one side had decimated their competition into oblivion, and many clans of story were rendered extinct during this period.
The victors of war, having claimed their territories, often made truces with surrounding locals, offering protection in exchange for access to the yields of agriculture. Over time, certain communities emerged as more dominant than others, either due to numbers or sheer talent, and their rapid expansion would force smaller, neighboring communities to either collapse into their fold or be devastated. When the dust settled, humankind found itself divided into the five major territories that we are familiar with today. And was the bloodshed over? With our lands obtained and our bellies filled, were we finally content?

We made it y’all, another month of OTA, and fresh off the press we have another promotion ready. Leaving behind the opening bonus sadly, we welcome the jugggggg! June is for juggin AKA working hard, so we are making it a double rewards month for every mission completed! Yes we said it's double rewards, now you all can really get into the thick of those builds if you work hard enough. And who knows what you might uncover in the process. AND all jobs are free to enroll no quest EXCEPT ANBU(Black Ops) roles.
A nickname given to Seigen well before his induction into Sunagakure's shinobi academy as a genin, mostly due to his stark white hair that resembles soft white snow in color as well as how easily the loose ends flow in reaction to movement. In most cases he wears a cloak of similar whiteness to his hair around his neck that hugs over his shoulders despite being tatted and dirtied through out normal wear & tear.
Clad in a simple dark blue jumpsuit beneath the cloak, Seigen prefers to wear white boots that he feels most comfortable. especially when traversing across bodies of water and thick terrain. His eyes glow with a piercing teal, almost as if they'd been made out of crystalized marble, a truly unique look. PERSONALITY:
Due of his strong sense of equality (taught unto him by his mother) he has come to a recognition that it is unjust to account a single entity for their mistakes or activities that transgresses moral or civil law and blame and/or dislike that particular race because of that ‘one’ action.
He does not see negativity within the actions most shinobi following orders, from his point of view there is no such thing as good and evil. All living beings of any race all have one common goal when brought into existence, to survive for as long as possible.
Even still, as a young genin, there are moments, many moments in fact where Seign is becomes easily flustered and hostile, given that the right buttons are pushed; most notably being underestimated in addition to his intolerance to condescending behavior. At times those moments of lost composure leads to acts of rash impulse, a quality often times seen as negative and something of which he's been badgered before to improve before, during, and after his graduation as a genin.
Fortunately, he does uphold a sense of honor towards his enemies, when fighting he does not draw his blade unless others have theirs drawn also or at times he may feel that if one is not strong enough he will not resort to optimizing the use of his Hyouton Jutsu at all. Moments where his opponents clearly are unable to fight are the moments when he feels the fight has reached its conclusion, and those who let pride consume them and grow persistent in their attacks, he by all means will have no qualms in depriving a being of its existence.

After completing the required Handseals, the user summons forth 10 swallows comprised entirely of ice, which are about the size of a normal shuriken. The user launches these birds at the opponent; they are capable of doing major piercing damage should they hit. Unfortunately, the swallows are highly susceptible to fire.
Note: Once launched, the swallows move in a linear path and cannot be manipulated further. This technique can move at up to level 4 speed, and can pierce strength similar to level 2.

These spikes are effective at piercing flesh but prove completely ineffectual against armor of any kind.
Note: The icicles can only be shot in a straight line and cannot be manipulated by the user afterward. Their size is rather small, appearing like senbon. this technique has piercing power similar to level 4 strength.

Note: The user can sacrifice a High amount of chakra per turn to keep the snow from melting due to higher temperatures and continue the snow per turn.. If used for one turn it can facilitate enough snow for a A rank Technique and for two turns S rank techniques.

the user creates a perfect clone of themselves made of ice. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Yuki Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The Range of the clone is limited however, as it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Yuki Bunshin is injured, the clone will explode in a mass of ice spikes that launch out up to 1 meter in every direction.
Note: This clone has a High x2 cap of chakra. It is limited to Ice-based jutsu A rank and below and elementary chakra channeling, including simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing, but not more advanced techniques such as Hien. this clone defense level 3, and explodes with level 4 strength.

the user transmits their chakra into the ground or floor (either through their feet, or by their hands, generally as long as their bodies touch the ground/floor the jutsu is possible) where the Ice Chakra can then go to the target area. Within seconds a thick, sturdy spike of ice will shoot up from the ground, catching anything on it and sending it into the air at rapid speeds. The solidity of this icy spike, and the speed that it rises from the ground, allow it to cause heavy damage to structures and can cause quite an impact on the person’s body. This spike can vary in size, but typically never exceeds 4 metres in height and 2 metres in thickness.
Note: Due to the nature of this icy creation, it will not melt under normal circumstances unless destroyed or put to extreme temperatures (such as a desert or in volcanoes). The maximum Range of this form of ice generation is 20 metres. this technique has pircing power similar to level 5 strength.

Kaze Bakudan is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. Note: If the user chooses instead to give up Mid x2 worth of chakra, they can create two bombs - one in each hand. The explosion is the most powerful at the site of detonation. Kaze Dangan is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Wind Element. The user performs a set of hand seals, ending with Tiger, and holds it. A construct of condensed wind, bullet-shaped and -sized, forms at the tip of the fingers. By aiming at the opponent as if using a gun, they can fire this streamlined pellet at high speeds.

Note: While this technique does give off a tremendous amount of force, its power is somewhat exaggerated (i.e "leveling anything it hits"). At best, this technique has been shown capable of punching through - snapping in half - a massive, hollow tree branch, similar to the size of those found in the Forest of Death. Note: The user must know Kamaitachi in order to use this jutsu. While the winds have been shown capable of cutting clean through trees, they can be stopped by more resilient materials, such as iron and bone. Description: Short and straight, this blade takes a similar form of a katana, but without the curvature in the blade. With the blade measuring no more than three feet, and a square guard on top, this weapon has been popularized by many ninja, hence the name.
