A golden branch with jaded leaves.
The voices of antsy villagers could be heard growing louder with each stride in the woman's path. Glistening hazel blue eyes peering patiently at the residents whom hadn't taken notice of her arrival until she was almost 'appearing' at the center of a small crowd that was forming. Something had caught their attention before she'd arrived and she would use this to her advantage, slowly standing from her crouched landing into a strong and proud stance. Her long black locks flowing freely in the winds that would caress her form; unlatching the sack she carried with her and moving her arm to hold it above her head.
"SILENCE!!!!"
Her voice bellowed with the force of 100 trumpets and the entire town seemingly fell silent in that moment, eyes wide at the sheer sound that raged from such a delicate frame. Her features slowly scanned over everyone in the crowd, seeing the sheer hopelessness that rested in their eyes and the poor condition of the town they called home. Kiyomi's grimace only lightening once everyone finally remembered they needed to breath and dared to inhale while she demanded their attention.
"My name is Tenma Kiyomi, Jounin of Konohagakure, and I have a message for all of you!"
Taking a brief moment after her words, the people would begin to look amongst themselves as if they were confused on why someone of her stature would be here now. In their small and newly established home, a glimpse of what Konoha had once been itself before becoming the world power that was shaping up to be. So finally lowering the bag in her hand she would slowly begin to walk toward those in the front of the crowd, reaching into the same sack she'd been holding while her voice continued to break through the air; almost like a drill instructor.
"Apparently, there are rumors going around that people don't believe Konoha to be a capable village. That our people would let you and your loved ones wither away and die if we were to DARE be invaded. . . and those sorts of rumors are the kind that make me sad." Her tone now becoming more sarcastic at the idea of such things actually hurting her feelings. The masses always believed that they knew the extent of what others could do... but they had no idea what she could truly achieve when she put her mind to it.
"Sad because you underestimate the will of fire. Sad because you underestimate our hokage and daimyo. Sad because you underestimate ME. . ." Her tone mixing with a stain of offense at the idea of being looked upon and the very thought almost sent her into a rant, but she would keep this short and sweet. Dainty yet deadly hands moving from the bag and placing a small cloth downward on each person hand who could receive what she was handing out before she was stopping in her tracks and showing the bag was empty.
"Look down in your palms and flip the cloths that I have given you. Let it show you the sheer power of just one shinobi of the hidden leaf who is guided by the will of fire... let it remind you that the same fire burns bright within each one of my comrades hearts! AND WE WOULD SOONER DIE THAN TO FAIL OUR PEOPLE!"
Kiyomi spoke now as each of them looked to her in awe, confusion or sheer shock and began to flip the souvenirs that she had bestowed upon them. Their faces turning to pure amazement at what they would see on the other side.
